A senior member of Ashraya staff may receive a care plan and social assessment and adults referral details.A detailed risk assessment is carried out Potential service users coming to live at Ashraya House have an opportunity to visit and test drive the placement An Ashrayahouse support/care plan is drawn out with help of trained Ashraya staff carer involving service user and social worker Before support service commences a contract is signed detailing the cost and the services to be provided.
